Antique 19th Century English "Brighton Pavilion" Style Walnut Chest

The Brighton Pavilion was a formal royal residence constructed in 3 stages, beginning in 1787 as a seaside retreat for George, Prince of Wales, who later became King George IV. Its decorative features included design elements from the Far East and the Middle East, which are reflected on the facade of this chest.
