These antique ice cream servers are in their original fitted box.   Ice cream servers often featured lovely designs and were often made of silver or silver plate.  A shaped blade utensil was used to cut the ice cream, while the flat utensil was used for serving. Ice cream servers were part of the dining sets so popular during the Edwardian and Victorian eras.  They were considered a sign of elegance and sophistication.
