Grape shears or scissors are specialized silverware used to cut grapes from their stems, particularly when serving at the table.  During the 19th century, many individual serving pieces became part of the dining experience, as cultural norms favored no eating with the bare hands.  Berry spoons also fall into this category.  This is a beautiful set in its own fitted orginial box.
